Return & Refund Policy

By placing an order through Outdoor Home & Living, you agree to the terms outlined below. We’ve set these policies to ensure you are fully aware of our refund and return procedures. These policies apply to orders placed within the United Kingdom.


A. 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase to our After-Sales team via email.

B. Limited One-Year Warranty

Outdoor Home & Living provides a limited one-year warranty for all products, effective from the original date of purchase.

This warranty covers:

  • Defects in workmanship that make the product non-functional under normal use.

If your product develops such defects within one year, please contact our After-Sales Team for assessment and appropriate action — such as repair or replacement.

C. Support Post-Warranty

Even after the warranty period ends, we value your continued trust. If your product becomes unusable after warranty expiry, contact our After-Sales Team — we’ll offer a discount on your next purchase as a token of appreciation for your loyalty.

D. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us first at sales@outdoorhomeandliving.com.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide approval or suggest other solutions.
  3. If approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and full instructions on how and where to send your package.

⚠️ Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

E. Damaged or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged, or
  • You’ve received the wrong item.

We’ll evaluate the issue promptly and make it right. Return shipping times may vary depending on your location.

F. Exchanges

We only exchange products that are:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect size or wrong item received

G. Return Shipping Fee

  • If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, all return shipping fees will be covered by Outdoor Home & Living.
  • For all other reasons, the customer will bear the shipping cost.

H. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Please note: Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
